ARCHITECT@WORK is a trade fair showcasing high-spec, innovative materials, products, applications and services to architecture communities in 22 cities across Europe and North America.

The carefully curated selection of exhibitors, exclusive registration system, free catering, ‘lounge zones’ for meetings, and short seminars and lectures have proved hugely successful in every city from Barcelona and Stockholm to Toronto. The organizers felt due to the competitive landscape, the London edition was a key event in need of specialist promotional support, and enlisted the help of Friends & Co.

Our strategy was to concentrate on direct outreach via Twitter using specially commissioned articles written by a top architectural journalist and curating a programme of compelling, topical lectures and panel discussions.

Footfall to ARCHITECT@WORK grew by 30% in 2017 alone and the client’s objectives were met.
